This cultural orientation, focused on immediate, measurable outcomes, inherently struggles to grasp the long-term, cyclical perspectives deeply embedded in Eastern civilizations.

Modern global diplomacy, heavily shaped by Western thinking and its underlying cultural impulses, is entrapped in a whirlwind of rapid shifts and transactional impulses.
